Bloomberg: Путин и Трамп могут закрепить территориальные успехи России на Украине
Соединенные Штаты и Россия ведут работу над соглашением о прекращении боевых действий на Украине, которое закрепит за Москвой территориальные успехи . Об этом сообщает агентство Bloomberg со ссылкой на неназванные источники, знакомые с ходом обсуждения. Речь якобы может идти о выводе украинских войск со всей территории ДНР и ЛНР и взамен о прекращении наступления российской арммии в Херсонской и Запорожской областях.
По данным издания, официальные лица обеих стран прорабатывают территориальные условия в преддверии планируемого саммита президентов Дональда Трампа и Владимира Путина, который может состояться уже на следующей неделе. При этом подчеркивается, что США пытаются добиться согласия на эту сделку со стороны Украины и европейских союзников, но ее заключение «далеко не гарантировано».
Агентство отмечает, что такой исход станет крупной победой для Владимира Путина, который давно стремился к прямым переговорам с США, отодвинув на второй план и Украину, и ее европейских союзников. Для Зеленского же это обернется риском получить ультимативное предложение «соглашайся или уходи». Европа при этом опасается, что ей останется только следить за прекращением огня по этой схеме.
Источники Bloomberg предупреждают, что условия соглашения все еще обсуждаются и могут измениться. Цель сделки — остановить боевые действия и проложить путь к техническим переговорам об окончательном мирном урегулировании.
