Форвард челябинцев пропустит два следующих матча из-за неявки на церемонию закрытия прошлого сезона.
Как сообщили РИА «Новый День» в пресс-службе Континентальной хоккейной лиги, сегодня, 8 сентября, Дисциплинарный комитет КХЛ завершил рассмотрение заявления игрока «Трактора» Джошуа Ливо на двухматчевую дисквалификацию, вынесенную хоккеисту за неявку на Церемонию закрытия сезона КХЛ 2024-2025 годов.
По итогам сезона Ливо стал лучшим снайпером, бомбардиром, был признан самым ценным игроком регулярного чемпионата и вошел в символическую сборную. Но на торжественное мероприятие, где должны были чествовать и его, не явился.
Клуб «Салават Юлаев», за который выступал канадец в прошлом сезоне, завершил выступления 5 мая нынешнего года, уступив в полуфинале Кубка Гагарина его будущему обладателю – ярославскому «Локомотиву». И Джош Ливо решил уехать домой, тем более, что 31 мая заканчивалось действие его российской визы.
Но церемония состоялась 30 мая, а потому в КХЛ решили, что у хоккеиста не было оснований манкировать участием в торжественном мероприятии.
Дисквалификация должна быть исполнена с сегодняшнего дня, таким образом, игрок пропустит матчи с «Нефтехимиком» (9 сентября) и СКА (11 сентября).
Напомним, «Трактор» подписал контракт с нападающим в середине августа, в преддверии открытия сезона. За два матча, сыгранные челябинцами с начала регулярного чемпионата, Джош Ливо успел набрать 3 очка, забросив во вчерашней игре с «Барысом» в Астане одну шайбу и сделав две результативные передачи.
